I have bought, and sold real estate for 55 years in the U.S as well as Mexico. Bob Christian is by far the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. I have never had an agent point out defects in homes that I was considering buying before. It is like he has the same vested interest in a piece of property that you do. He goes out of his way to meet your needs. We are currently looking for a home in Houston, and will be selling a home in Katy. I would never consider using another agent. I highly recommend Bob to be your agent whether you are buying or selling.
