Hello, my name is Bob Christian and I am a Realtor consultant with Better Homes & Gardens - Anderson Properties located in beautiful Cinco Ranch here in Katy, Texas. First, I would like to take a second to tell you a little bit about myself, my website and Better Homes& Gardens.
My wife and I are proud Cinco Ranch residents where we live with our 5 children. Together, we have lived in the Katy/West Houston area for over 30 years and are both native Houstonian's. My family has been involved in the real estate industry for more than three generations. As a little boy, I can fondly remember helping my Grandfather as he would make his rounds checking on investment and rental properties and visiting with clients. Those fond memories are probably what drew me to real estate where I have now been involved in local real estate for over 25 years.
During my years as a Realtor, I have previously had to search long and hard to find detailed information for my clients on items such as resale homes, new-construction homes, school information, neighborhood information, taxes and so on. After realizing that there was not a centralized and easy to use resource dedicated to the Katy/West Houston area, I decided to build one myself.
